3. Specifying the destination

By defining a destination you specify whether the screen saver is to be installed on your PC or prepared for distribution for other computers.

Use on my PC

If you decide for option one the screen saver will be created and instantly installed on your PC in the next step. The image list that you loaded to or created on page "Add images" will be used. It will not be integrated into the screen saver itself. You need to make sure that the image list does not get renamed or deleted, otherwise the screen saver will not run correctly.

Distribute to other computers

AquaSoft ScreenShow allows you to create screen savers for distribution to other computers. In this case the screen saver will not be installed on your PC, but  a file with the extension ".scr" will be created. Here the image list is already integrated, so that you can distribute the screen saver as one single file.
