To provide you with a fast and, above all, uncomplicated service we decided to offer only those calendars in standard formats for printing. Those are month calendars in DIN A4 and DIN A3 format. Between 12 and 14 pages are included into the price, depending on whether or not you want to get a cover and a back page. Of course, all other calendar formarts are printable as well, but shipping would become too expensive, the production would take too long and the offers on our website would probably become too confusing. Yes, we are aware that we can only cover about 90 % of your requests this way. But we don't want to promise more than can be achieved in a quick and economically priced fashion. No, one coupon includes shipping costs for exactly one address. I.e. 5 identical calendars will be sent to one address.
Exactly one calendar, the one that is currently opened in the program, is used to upload your calendar data. If your coupon is valid for more than one calendar the uploaded calendar will be printed as often as your coupon is eligible for.
Yes, of course, but you have to use a new coupon for every new calendar. It is not possible to use the same coupon for two or more calendars.
If you're uncertain we strongly recommend to create your calendar in PDF-format first. By using a free PDF-reader (e.g. Adobe Acrobat Reader) you can then preview your calendar, and even create a test printout in low quality. When you upload your finished calendar to AquaSoft Online Print Service after you entered your coupon code no changes can be made anymore. The coupon is then used.
Each printing order is a closed process that includes the printing of the calendar times the amount stated on the coupon plus shipping to one address. You can use exactly one coupon for one order. A combination of several coupons is not possible.

When you purchase a coupon via our Online Shop we garanty the print of the calendar including the shipping to a European address. I purchased a coupon for calendar printing, that allows to get a calendar with 12 to 14 pages printed. 12, 13 or 14 pages, who decides it? You decide it with your choice of the calendar template. If your template has 12 months and nothing else, you'll receive a calender with 12 pages, a cover page and cardboard as back page. If you choose a template with cover page it will be added without additional costs. If your calender template consists of 14 pages, e.g. 12 month pages, cover page and a back page with an overview of all 12 months on one page you will get exactly these. Although, we flip the last page, so that you can see the contents without opening the calendar.
The program will tell you before the transfer that this calendar cannot be processed by AquaSoft Online Print Service. Your coupon will not be used.

Due to technical and organizational reasons only the above mentioned formats and numbers of pages can be processed. For all other calendars created with AquaSoft PhotoKalender you will have to find a different printing solution, like a copy shop, a different print service or your own printer.
I purchased a coupon for a calendar in DIN A4-format, but need one for DIN A3. Can I give the coupon back or exchange it? Issuing coupons also causes costs.
